The technical center scope is to qualify injection tooling process :
- Process optimisation to define robust parameters and process windows for stable process.
- Injection process monitoring : Injection signatures, thermodynamic parameters (thermal regulation, inertia, ….)
- Design Of Experiment, Metrology
- Material analysis.
- 3 axes robotization et holding frame qualification.
The technical center has 3 electric injection press, 110T, 160T, 220T and all necessary equipment for regulation and process monitoring.
