CEMA goes one step a head with its patented modular injection system !

Economically proven the modular system CEMA blast a new step with the introduction of the first modular direct injection system.

We are waiting to present you this revolution in injection molding.

CEMA uses P&M Technical center for its injection trials. Easy access from 3 highways :

The technical center scope is to qualify injection tooling process :

Process optimisation to define robust parameters and process windows for stable process.
Injection process monitoring : Injection signatures, thermodynamic parameters (thermal regulation, inertia, ….)
Design Of Experiment, Metrology
Material analysis.
3 axes robotization et holding frame qualification.

The technical center has 3 electric injection press, 110T, 160T, 220T and all necessary equipment for regulation and process monitoring.
